Varza calita (Lahano stin katsarola – Λάχανο στην κατσαρόλα)

Varza calita ca la mama acasa, mamaliga n-a mai incaput in poza. Imi aminteste de copilarie, petrecuta la bunica mea care face o varza calita de te lingi pe degete.

Ingrediente:

1 varza mare cruda
1 cutie mica rosii in bulion
1 ceasca ulei de masline
zeama de la 1 lamaie
sare
piper boabe
1 foaie de dafin

Mod de preparare:

Tocam varza marunt (eu am bagat-o la robot) si se freaca bine cu sare si cu zeama de lamaie. Punem varza in oala cu presiune impreuna cu o ceasca de ulei de masline si o ceasca de apa. Cand scade apa si oala incepe sa “fluiere” adaugam rosiile in bulion taiate marunt, foaia de dafin si piperul boabe. Mai lasam sa fiarba la foc mic fara capac pana cand ramane fara zeama si varza este bine fiarta. Servim neaparat cu mamaliguta si ardei iute.
