Salata verde cu rucola (Roka maruli – Pοκα μαρούλι)

Salata asta e usoara, dietetica, cu un gust foarte bogat si deosebit, iar eu o fac mereu cand gasesc rucola proaspata. Cand o fac uzual, pentru noi, pun miezul de nuca crud, asa cum e, insa daca fac pentru vreo masa cu invitati, caramelizez nucile, e mai fina asa, si iese, mmmm!

Ingrediente:

1 salata verde
1 legatura rucola
100 gr. rosii deshidratate in ulei sau cateva rosii cherry
100 gr. miez de nuca + 2-3 linguri zahar (daca il caramelizam)
2 linguri otet balsamic
2-3 linguri ulei de masline
1 lingura miere
sare
parmezan ras

Mod de preparare:

Spalam bine salata verde si rucola, le lasam la scurs intr-o sita, le taiem potrivit de mari si le punem intr-un bol mare de salata. Aruncam din loc in loc rosii deshidratate sau rosii cherry si miez de nuca. Intr-un shaker batem bine sosul: otet balsamic, ulei de masline, miere si sare. Adaugam sosul peste salata, punem deasupra si parmezanul ras si salata noastra este gata. Nu amestecam salata inainte de a o aduce la masa.
